Excellent Central Stay

central locationcomfortable bedwarm room
The hotel's proximity to Oxford Road was convenient. I found the room to be quite large. The bed offered a comfortable sleep, and the bathroom was well-appointed. Breakfast provided a satisfying start to the day, offering multiple options.
I experienced a slight issue with the room's temperature, it felt a little too warm for my preference. This minor inconvenience did not significantly detract from my overall positive experience, the staff could look into options to make this better.
Facilities
9/10
The hotel has attentive housekeeping services. Staff were friendly and professional when I interacted with them. Early check-in and late check-out options are available at a reasonable price needing flexibility.
Rooms
9/10
The room included wardrobe spaces, bedside tables, and two main dresser tables. Windows allowed a lot of natural light into the room. The air conditioning worked effectively and cooled the room quickly and sufficiently.
Dining
10/10
The breakfast service was well-managed, particularly by Florinda. The breakfast selection provided a big variety of food to choose from. There are nice restaurants located very close to the hotel which provides options for dining.
